Jennifer Drabbant 


Jennifer Drabbant is an educator of 7 years. She grew up in Woodlands, TX. She got her Bachelors of Science in Mathematics at The Unviersity of San Antonio. Jennifer is the founder and former President of Texas United for America. She has been involved in engagement outreach efforts in minority comunities around Austin, and was the Travis County GOP's Volunteer of the Year for 2018.

Dustin Tropp

Vice President

Dustin Tropp has ran grassroots operations for Republicans in eight states including New York, New Hampshire, California and the 2016 Pennsylvania Presidential. He has also worked for Non-Profits and AIPAC. Having moved to Austin, he now does nationwide campaign staffing. He is also Author of the book “Running for Local and State Office”.

Benjamin Larrabee

Director of Public Relations.

Benjamin Larrabee has worked with Conservative and Pro-Israel issues on college campuses across the Southeast and Texas. He currently holds the position of Central Regional Manager with Turning Point USA. Ben hopes to champion individual liberty and American Exceptionalism to the next generation of Conservatives. 

Caleb Humphery

Policy Director

Caleb Humphrey has developed an expertise in ground game operations, political technology, and voter engagement from extensive work on municipal, state, and federal campaigns. As a Quality Assurance Manager, Caleb works with field teams to track progress toward project goals and coach individual canvassers on improving voter contact tactics.

Rob McCarthy


Rob completed his undergrad at the University of Southern California. After that, Rob did a fellowship program at the California State Capitol for a year. He then worked for a Republican member of Congress in Washington, DC for five years. During that time, Rob also worked on a few campaigns. In 2012, Rob returned to Los Angeles to complete the MBA program at USC, and graduated in 2014. 

Matt Maley


As a member of Governor Abbott's political staff for the past two years, Matt has been on the front lines fighting for Republican territory and championing conservative causes. Before moving to Texas, Matt attended Lafayette College in Easton Pennsylvania where he received his bachelor's degree in Government and Law. As Secretary, Matt hopes to play a major role in strengthening the Young Republican Grassroots in Austin and building enthusiasm going into the 2020 race.
